About Me

    I run Sydney Bubs, which is a service that aims to reduce the risk of Antenatal Depression (AND) and Postnatal Depression (PND).

We provide Pregnancy and Birth Doulas, and also Postnatal Services including:

Breastfeeding and Routine Assistance
Overnight Stays
Postnatal Care

We also run Childbirth Education and Relaxed Birth classes.

I have 13 years of experience as a Doula, and a Postnatal Carer. I specialise in helping women to breastfeed longer and more successfully. As a part of the team here, I hope to help you during your Parenting journey.

About My Kids

    Katie was a full term, healthy bub. She breastfed successfully for 2 years, and is now a robust and cranky teenager.

Sophie is a very special little girl. She was born with a hole in her heart, but has fought her many obstacles fiercely and is now a very gifted and talented 11 year old. She also breastfed for 2 years.

Aimee, my tiny miracle was born at 26 weeks gestation, by emergency caesarean. For 96 days she struggled in NICU until she finally came home. She was breastfed by nasogastric tube for 2 years. At 7, she is an amazing proof that miracles do happen.

Jack was born at 33 weeks gestation after a long battle with Placenta Praevia. He has had issues with reflux, but he also breastfed for 2 years. He is a happy little toddler, who loves his Spiderman toys and The Wiggles!!!

My Interests

    Sleep - I'm interested in it, but never seem to get any.

I love spending time with my husband and kids, minus cleaning and washing!

When I get a spare moment, I try to get to the hairdresser or for a massage. Again, I am interested, but a very rare occurrence these days.
